Phone details
Built here, run here

It all runs from our datacenter, right here in Highlands.

Not a corporate hub three states away. Your internet, TV, and phone come from a building down the road — one we built, own, and run ourselves.

01

Fiber-powered, end to end

Light-speed fiber carries your service from our Highlands datacenter out to your neighborhood. It's the backbone behind every plan we offer — which is why the speed you get at 2am is the speed you get at 8pm.

02

Local and owned, start to finish

No leased lines, no middlemen, no handing your connection off to someone else's network. We built the fiber feeding this town and we run it ourselves — so when something needs attention, it's us on it.

03

Close means fast

Your data has less distance to travel when it starts right here in town — not in some far-off datacenter you share with half the country. Less distance, less lag, and a connection that holds up when the weather doesn't.

Built for a mountain town, not a spreadsheet.

We dug the trenches and hung the strand ourselves. When something breaks, the person who answers the phone has been to your street — and can usually tell you which pole it happened at.

Common questions

The things people ask before signing up.

Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. Change tiers, pause, or cancel without an early termination fee — we'd rather earn the next month than trap you in the last one.
Is there a data cap?
No cap on any tier. Stream, work, game, and back up the whole house without watching a meter. We don't throttle heavy users either.
What does installation involve?
A local tech runs our line to your house, sets up the connection where your equipment lives, and makes sure everything's working before leaving. Most installs take two to three hours, and we'll give you a real window instead of a vague all-day one.
Can I use my own router?
Yes. Our service works with the router you already have, so you're welcome to use your own. If you'd rather not think about it, we'll supply one — and we won't quietly raise the rental fee later.
Why does upload speed matter?
Because most of what feels slow is upload. Video calls, cloud backups, security cameras, and sending large files all push data out. We give you far more upload speed than the big providers do on their plans — and on our fiber tiers, upload matches download exactly, so the house never slows down no matter who's sending what.
My address isn't covered yet. What now?
Tell us anyway. We plan builds around where demand actually is, and a street with several interested households moves up the list. We'll be straight with you about timing instead of promising a date we can't hit.
